STEPS FOR RECOVERY

Let's take a walk for those who are on the brave path of recovery!

Take part in the National Transformations 'Steps for Recovery' Walk - an opportunity for the community to come together to support each other, to bring awareness to the heartbreaking causes of addiction and bring honour to those that are on the hardest but most rewarding journey of their lives. All recovery walk funds contribute to the ongoing funding of the Transformations Program, successfully rehabilitating those suffering with addictions.

A few steps from you could alter the steps of another forever.

EVENT DETAILS

THE WALK

The walk will be a casual 4km around Boardwalk Boulevard Wetlands, next to the Point Cook Town Centre. Further details regarding the meeting point and other logistics will be confirmed before the event, so keep your eye out for updates!

FOOD AND DRINKS

Water will be provided and we'll also be holding a sausage sizzle, so please stick around and make some new friends!

WHAT TO WEAR

In the spirit of banding together as a community, we'd love it if you wore a white t-shirt on the day. We'll also be handing out red ribbons that you can wear to demonstrate your support for those struggling with addiction.

Other than that, just wear something comfortable! This is hardly a marathon so extreme sportswear won't be required.
